🔹 N-648 Medical Certification for Disability Waiver – $1,200 flat fee (no deposit required).
🔹 Expedited processing – Available for an additional $1,000 to reduce turnaround time.
🔹 Interpreter Services – USCIS requires that all evaluations include an interpreter. You must provide an interpreter fluent in both English and your native language. If needed, we can provide one for an additional $200. -
The standard processing time for a completed report is 2-3 weeks after your evaluation appointment. If you need your report sooner, expedited processing is available for an additional $1,000, reducing turnaround time significantly.
